Rotary encoders are sensors that convert dynamic angle changes or mechanical rotations into analog or digital electrical output signals. A code disk attached to the shaft translates mechanical movement into an electrical signal.
Our in-house production capability for optical code disks allows us to create a disk for any encoder resolution you require within 24 hours. To facilitate quick turnaround times, we also maintain a stock of code disks with standard resolutions for popular applications. This enables us to provide a flexible and diverse range of resolutions on a short timeline.
